Fleur is managed by Annick Lerognon and Eduardo Lacala.

Annick is responsible for the language and cultural program. During her career as a teacher she has always been involved in the development of new methods to make learning easier, more effective and pleasant - 'The way you learn a language has a great influence on our relationship with the country and its people'.

Qualifications: MA French and linguistics

• 1988: Certified Suggestopedia teacher
• 1990: Certified NLP practitioner
• further training in learning games, relaxation, mental training, Silva mind.
• has worked as a French teacher since 1976, first in a private grammar school in Munich, then freelance in adult education.
• 1984: Started to run teacher training courses whilst continuing to teach French in Munich.
• 1988: Pioneered application of suggestopedia in teaching French at the Munich Open University.

Eduardo attends to your more earthly well-being
As our guest at FLEUR you will be able to savor his excellent cuisine. He will initiate you in the art of wine tasting and pamper your taste as in the French culinary tradition. According to Eduardo "la cuisine, c'est de l'amour, de l'art et de la technique".
If you want to visit the vineyards of Bergerac, Monbazillac, Cahors or St Emilion, he will be happy to take you there.

Eduardo Lacala, Italian
Studied visual arts at the Naples artschool.
Has taught art in various schools in Milan and worked as a painter.

• 1985: went to Munich, continued painting and began teaching Italian.
• 1992: decided to develop his passion for cooking and wines.
• Has run cooking workshops since 1995.
• 1998: became a member of International society SLOW FOOD
• 1999: became a certified sommelier
• since 2004 he takes cooking courses with Hans Haas, chef of one of the top restaurants in Munich
