RESERVATIONS and CONDITIONS:
- Fill out the application form and send it to FLEUR.
- Once you have received confirmation, you send a deposit of 20% of the total fee.
- The balance is to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the course.
- You must inform us in writing by registered mail if you wish to cancel your course.
The following conditions for refund apply:
- 30 days before the course is due to start: 95% of fee will be refunded.
- 15 - 29 days before the course is due to start: 75% of fee will be refunded.
- 7- 14 days before the course is due to start: 60% of fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations later than this: 25% of fee will be refunded.
- If there are less than 4 students in a group, the fees of the course 'à la carte' will be applied.
- If for any reason of force majeure the course can not take place, you will be refunded and FLEUR
will not be liable to any further compensation
